Bandile Mbalo is a Public Law graduate and the President and Founder of Tshezi Foundation South Africa. He is recognised for his work in local government, municipal development, and philanthropic initiatives focused on uplifting disadvantaged communities within the Garden Route district and beyond.

Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Law, specialising in Law and Multilevel Governance at the University of the Western Cape, Mbalo combines academic knowledge with practical community development experience to advocate for sustainable social impact, youth empowerment, and community upliftment.
